Typically die-off lasts a couple days to a couple weeks.  If you're feeling this bad for this long I would guess that what you are doing isn't keeping up with the amount of yeast your body is making.   I would consider increasing your supplement intake or do a real beat-down of the refined carbs you're consuming each die.

Stacey posted this explanation:

The Herxheimer Reaction- When you start anew treatment for an illness, your  symptoms might increases at first, leaving you wondering if your're really getting healthier at all. This is called a Herxheimer reaction. This is the "die-off" effect that many people experience when they dramatically improve their diet and lifestyles. It is an allergic response to the toxic by-products produced when the body's ph is changed  for the better. When this happens large numbers of dangerous bacteria and yeast organisms die and leave the body.During this time, you won't feel very well, but in reality, you are responding positively to treatment. After this initial Detoxification period, you should see significant improvement of your symptoms. Then it goes on to say how important it is to drink alot of water to flush all the unhalthy toxins from your body.Hope this helps you.Stacey

Been struggling with candida symptoms for 15 years.  Anti-fungals and other treatments won't work without cutting out all refined carbs and sugars (natural or otherwise).

If you get on the severe diet you wont need to pay for any treatment. It is not expensive i have been on it for 5 week ,my longest .It is hard but if you can maintain it for 6 months you can get clear(no more candidas)The only thing you might need to by is suplements

I give anyone credit that can stay on the traditional "candida-yeast diet" for any length of time-- it's just brutal.

If die-off lasts more than a couple weeks it's usually due the person not applying the program hard enough.  In other words they probably aren't using enough dosages per day.

The important thing is to try to get ahead of your issues... then you can start cutting back on your daily dosage.

If you're still suffering from "die-off" like issues then you haven't gotten ahead of your issues yet.

OK.  You said before that your itchy skin was no longer a concern... what other issues do you have?

The amount of product you're taking given your issues-- and not getting any affect-- doesn't sound right.
