I was diagnosed with candida in my lungs. I have many health issues I have asthma, leaky gut, allergies just to name a few and I was wondering on top of my long list of food allergies what can I eat to get rid and keep the candida away for a long time. I was told by my doctor that I should be living in a bubble with all the health issues but I want to be able to enjoy life with candida and have been finding that a lot of my health issues are related to the candida that has been in my life for a long time. I have had blood tests to see the candida in my blood and let me let you know that it is not pretty. Please help in anyway. Thanks!

Welcome MoonQueen...
Yes it sounds like you're suffering.
However you've come to the right place.
There are many tips and techniques on this site. One thing I would greatly suggest is taking time to read many of the conversations found on this forum.

Hi MoonQueen
How did you get the diagnosis of candida in your lungs as the mainstream doctors here in the UK do not believe it exists! Much to my dismay
